The dining room of La Celeste, a place for culinary delight

The restaurant was completely redesigned by interior designer Sebastian Zenker in 2023. The style of the terrace is elegant and restrained. The outdoor area, designed by Vincenzo Dascanio, harmonises perfectly with the architecture of the façade by Matteo Thun and the surrounding landscape.

Wine Cellar

An exquisite selection of regional and international wines

For each menu, La Celeste’s excellent wine cellar offers the perfect wine accompaniment, with a wide selection from some of the most famous Italian wine-growing regions, including interesting local locations – for example, Costaripa wines from the Valtènesi area in the southern neighbourhood of Eden Reserve. Excellent rosé wines are grown here. Also in the immediate vicinity are the growing regions of Valpolicella, Franciacorta and Lugana.

Just across the lake are the Valpolicella and Bardolino vineyards

The wine cellar’s offer is rounded off with an exclusive selection of hand-picked French red wines and excellent white wines from Austria.

The kitchen team at La Celeste

Chef Marco Carasi is a young and talented chef who brings local and international experience and translates this into both classic and inspired menus. He is now in his fourth season leading the kitchen team, which also includes sous chef Nicholas Bonoldi.

Private Dining

The Eden Reserve Hotel and Villas kitchen team is also available for very private dinners and celebrations in the villas.
